This allows anyone to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, cite, reproduce, adapt, and use the full text of articles published in this journal, including for commercial purposes, provided that proper attribution to the authors and the source of publication is given.

Content Licensing

  1. Authors grant this journal the right of first publication of their manuscript under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license, which allows anyone to freely use the submitted materials: read, copy, print, search, cite, reproduce, adapt, and distribute the full text of the articles, including for commercial purposes, provided that proper credit is given to the authors and a reference to the original publication in this journal is included.
  2. Published original articles may be freely used by others, including for commercial purposes, provided the licensing conditions are followed, i.e., proper attribution of the authors and source of publication.

Authors’ Responsibility

  • Authors guarantee that the submitted publication is original and does not violate the copyright or intellectual property rights of third parties.
  • Authors confirm that the publication has not been previously published and is not under consideration by another journal.
  • If the publication uses materials (figures, tables, data, etc.) owned by third parties, authors are responsible for obtaining the necessary permissions and correctly citing the sources.

Publisher’s Responsibility

  • The journal ensures a transparent and ethical publication process, as well as open access to all materials in accordance with the terms of the CC BY 4.0 license.
  • The journal guarantees long-term digital preservation of content through archiving in internal and external repositories.
