Abstract

Abstract: The article analyzes the impact of
current threats and challenges on social and labor
relations in the field of labor. It is established that
today the national labor legislation enshrines the
rules regulating remote (home) work, revealed the
flexibility of relations between the employer and the
employee, focused on the peculiarities of the
employee's work outside the workplace (office),
which is organized by the employer. The author
clarifies the important aspects of the implementation
of remote (home) work form and the possibility of
applying flexible working hours, which, in particular,
provides different for different categories of workers
time to begin and finish work, shift work, and if it is
technically possible - online work with full payment.
It is important that the performance of such work in
modern conditions is an innovative legal relationship
that cannot limit the labor rights of employees and
contribute to the proper and more efficient organization of work, preserving the human resources of the enterprise. It is emphasized on positive changes in the regulation of flexible work organization and remote (home) work, problem issues and risks are identified. Some steps have been proposed to legislate modern flexible forms of employment as a basis for ensuring the protection of employees' rights and stability of labor relations.
