Transformational changes in the service sector in Ukraine: digital economy and inclusion

The presented work proves that the modern service sector in Ukraine is experiencing a period of profound transformations due to the influence of digitalization and globalization processes. The introduction of new information technologies and the development of the digital economy are significantly changing the structure and functioning of the service market, which is reflected in all areas from financial and educational to medical and social services. Simultaneously with the development of digital technologies, the issue of inclusion arises of ensuring equal access to new technologies for various social groups, in particular for people with disabilities, residents of rural regions and low-income groups of the population. That is why the purpose of the presented work is to determine the main transformational changes in the service sector in Ukraine under the influence of the digital economy and inclusion. The main methods used in the work are: induction method, deduction method, synthesis method, analysis method, generalization method, observation method, logical method, graphical method. Digital transformation in the service sector has a wide range of advantages, including cost reduction, improvement of service quality, increased efficiency of business processes and access to services for the population. At the same time, it opens up new opportunities for business, in particular for startups and small businesses, which allows to increase competitiveness and innovation in the market. An important aspect is also ensuring access to digital services for all citizens, which is a necessary condition for the development of an inclusive economy and society. In the context of constant changes in the economic environment, the digitalization of the service sector is an important tool for achieving sustainable development, improving the quality of life of the population and reducing social barriers. In this context, inclusion becomes the basis for ensuring fair access to the latest technologies and services for all segments of the population, which is especially important in the context of the economic crisis and global challenges. The transformational changes taking place in the service sector of Ukraine under the influence of digitalization and global processes are significantly changing its structure and functioning. The development of the digital economy opens up new opportunities for improving the quality and accessibility of services for a wide range of consumers, in particular through the introduction of innovative technologies in the financial sector, healthcare, education and social services. These changes allow to reduce service costs, improve the efficiency of business processes and create new markets and opportunities for the development of small and medium-sized businesses.
