The use of AI in enterprise business processes

Abstract

The global economic crisis following the coronavirus pandemic, as well as Russia's military aggression against Ukraine, has triggered a drop in international markets for raw materials, capital, and stock assets, a significant increase in inflation, government debt, and a drop in global demand for goods. In these challenging conditions, companies need to find new ways, opportunities, and technologies to develop in order to remain competitive and maintain their market share. Today, artificial intelligence tools are the most affordable and effective technology that can radically increase efficiency and significantly improve the performance of companies in the short term. First of all, it is the introduction of machine intelligence into the business processes of enterprises in various industries. Moreover, the traditional methods of growth and development of organizations, which used to give a proportional return on the resources invested, no longer produce tangible results today. Leading global tech companies believe that artificial intelligence is not just a technology, but a key factor in business survival, and those who do not use its potential are dooming themselves to failure. In just a few years, the market leaders will be organizations that successfully implement AI, while the rest will lose their share and eventually go bankrupt. That is why it is so important to pay attention to machine intelligence, study it, implement it, apply it, and make it an integral part of business.
