Safe aspects of E-economy development

Abstract

The article reveals the features of the phenomenon of e-economy. Threats and opportunities for the formation and development of the e-economy system in Ukraine have been identified.

One of the current characteristics of the e-economy, which affects the level of economic security, is the uncertainty of the job status of staff in virtual network economic relations. Blurred positions and the disappearance of familiar positions make it impossible to have a classic managerial influence, especially in innovative virtual remote production systems. New centers of influence are being formed - people or groups of people who play a key role in the organization of e-communication.

The development of communication technologies has led to the emergence of new concepts, such as e-government, e-governance, mobile government (m-government, mobile government), ubiquitous government, ubiquitous government, ubiquitous government u-society ubiquitous society), ubiquitous city (u-city, ubiquitous city).

The network principle of e-economy complicates any algorithmization of business activity, because it is based on the idea of constant spread of production and communication process. The practice of virtual production organizations and virtual communities shows that the transfer of a significant part of information and financial flows to the Internet makes it difficult to control them and thus increases the risks, threats and dangers.

Electronic portals not only provide information about organizations, but also allow you to take certain actions for which the population was previously forced to visit institutions offline. The server of the electronic portal can support several sections simultaneously, for example, entrepreneurial activity, education, employment, health care, housing, consulting, e-commerce.

On the territory of Ukraine various experience of introduction of elements of e-economy is realized - electronic cabinets, electronic boxes for sending by citizens written appeals in the form of scancopies or photocopies through electronic means of communication, for reception of information and reference services without use of electronic digital signature. for customers. Each of these areas has its own aspect of cybersecurity.

An example of a list of administrative services of an economic nature provided using the Internet in Ukraine is given. The basic problems of normative regulation of E - economy development in Ukraine are outlined.
