Conception of telecommunication development in Ukraine

Abstract

The question of conception of development, market of telecommunications condition is considered at Ukraine. Conception of development of telecommunications in Ukraine under the Law of Ukraine "On telecommunications" determines basic principles and directions of further development of telecommunication мереж of the general use in market conditions and sent to the achievement of strategic interests and competitiveness of Ukraine at the international market. Telecommunications play a considerable role social and economic activity of society, providing support of development of economy of the state and social sphere. Development of telecommunications must come true by passing ahead rates by comparison to the general rates of development of economy and will be qualificatory on the nearest and farther prospect. The slow rates of development of telecommunications cause the decline of competitiveness of economy of Ukraine. Telecommunications play a considerable role the acceleration of development of economy and social sphere.

In accordance with financial and economic indexes розглянимо market of  telecommunications condition. In the process of analysis of market of telecommunication services condition correlation of indexes of development of industry is certain with general progress of economy of Ukraine. The dynamics of amount of subscribers of the fixed telephone connection for period of 2013-2021 testifies to reduction to demand of consumers in such services. It is proved that services for providing cable TV, and also for providing Internet, are developing at an accelerated pace. Certainly, that basic segments at the market of telecommunication services remain mobile, fixed and broadband(computer) connection.

 Problems that restrain development of telecommunications in Ukraine are distinguished, strategy of development of telecommunications is sent first of all to the decision of the marked problems. The achievement of the marked aims of development of telecommunications will give an opportunity substantially to renew and extend the important infrastructural constituent of economy of Ukraine.

Paid attention to that development of telecommunications of Ukraine as strategically important element of national safety will shorten lag from the developed countries, will satisfy the necessities of economic and public development, national safety and defensive of the state.
