To the definition of labor and legal liability as a form of legal liability

Abstract

The article is devoted to clarifying the essence of the concept of labor-legal liability as a form of legal liability. Special attention is paid to distinguish of the peculiarities of regulatory structures of labor liability, and its separation from other forms of enforcement in labor law.
