Abstract

Problems of legislative ensuring the secrecy of the vote and its criminal-legal protection paid attention to by many experts in the field of constitutional and criminal law, but despite that, every new elections reveal new technologies illegal influence on the voting process, including by violating the secrecy of the vote, suggesting the lag between legislation and implementation. Therefore, identified problems will leave relevant and require further study.
