Differentiation of labor personality as the basis of classification of legal status of employee
Abstract
The article analyzes the current scientific opinions, relevant laws and regulations to determine the connection between the differentiation of legal work and legal status of employees. Common, special and exceptional personalities as types of labor personality of employee were analyzed. It is determined that exceptional personality is a separate legal category which should be considered as an opportunity to persons who have not attained the age of fourteen, under certain conditions, to perform labor functions related to the implementation of the capacity for artistic activities that are allowed by labor law. Concrete proposals for new Labor Code of Ukraine regarding the definition and types of legal personality of employee were developed.
