Controversial issues of criminal responsibility for acts related to separatism

Abstract

The article discusses the concept of separatism, the distinction between the definitions of "separatism" in the conventional and legal sense, the expediency of allocation of specific offences such as public incitement to separatism, distributing materials containing such appeals and the financing of separatism.
