Abstract

This article reviews the system archives of Luhansk 20-30s years. XX century, their foundations and governments
The revival of Ukrainian statehood, reforming of society has provided a new impulse to the study of history of Lugansk region. The origins of today's problems in the archival industry to be found in the archive system of the period of formation and strengthening of the Soviet totalitarian regime of 1920-1930.
