Social entrepreneurship as a way to guaranteed constitutional right to work for persons with disabilities
Abstract
The current economic climate demands more innovative approaches to increasing labor market participation for people with physical disabilities. Social entrepreneurship offers one alternative employment pathway for such people. However, little is known about the factors influencing Social entrepreneurship for people with physical disabilities. This article considers the essence of Ukrainian state policy on creation of social enterprise for people with disabilities, explores the development of common approaches to solving problems of social enterprise for people with disabilities and identifies the impact of social enterprise for people with disabilities as the possibility of employment and integration into society. Also formulated specific recommendations to address both practical and legal problems in this area as a social enterprise for people with disabilities as a way to guarantee the constitutional right to work, now in Ukraine underestimated and not developed, so has positive results observed on the experience of European countries.
