Abstract

The article is devoted to criminal-legal characterization of terrorism as one of the main and most dangerous challenges facing the modern world. Analyzed the anti-terrorism legislation of Ukraine. It has been determined that it is involvement of a multidisciplinary approach to the study of terrorism will determine the features of counter this phenomenon.
