State policy on disability:impact of the international legal model and paradigm

Abstract

This article analyzes the international instruments to identify the problems of the use of terminology relating to disabilities; reveals the impact of disability on the content model of public policy for persons with disabilities and the content of the legal definition of disability also reflects the impact of paradigm in disability terminology associated with disabilities.
