Labor rights and employment of internally displaced persons

Abstract

Analyzed the concept of «internally displaced persons». Selected provisions of the effective legislation of foreign countries concerning about legal status of people who are forced to leave their place of permanent residence. Identified some problems in the sphere of ensuring labor rights and freedoms of internally displaced persons in Ukraine suggested some ways to overcome them.
