Concept and essence of social security for internally displaced persons

Abstract

Research of theoretical part of public welfare of force migrants is carried out in the presented scientific article. The necessity of creation of reference-points for a country in the questions of range of problems of force migrants that is sent to defence of the marked persons and search of the protracted decisions in relation to their problems is well-proven.
