Systematization of sectoral and intersectoral princi- ples of Ukrainian Labor Law

Abstract

In the article the classification sectoral and intersectoral labor law principles of Ukraine at the present stage of its development. Studied doctrinal and legislative ap- proaches to the definition of sectoral and intersectoral principles of labor law; describes the main types of sectoral and intersectoral principles of labor law in Ukraine.
