Features of administrative and legal status of the State executive service

Abstract

The article examines the legal and administrative status of the State executive ser- vice, defined the legal relationship associated with the execution of court decisions. In this case, is shown that one of the factors in the successful growth of Ukraine as a legal state is a real judicial and administrative protection of violated rights and lawful interests of indi- viduals and legal entities. Reality restored law is manifested not in the most court's deci- sion and receiving in the injured individual material or moral satisfaction as a result of the actual execution the decision.
