The legal nature of the corporate rules and their place in the system of local rule-making

Abstract

The article, based on an analysis of scientific views of scholars and current legisla- tion of Ukraine, the theoretical approaches to the interpretation of such notions as «local regulation» and «corporate rule» are given. In the article is indicated that local regulations adopted, mainly for the performance of a legal act, which is endowed with greater legal force, and corporate usually regulate specific relationships corporation relations, the pos- sibility of regulating which legal provisions not provided. It is concluded that the scope of local rule-making is broader than corporate rulemaking.
