Inconsistency punishment imposed by the court to the seri- ousness of a criminal offense and the accused person as the basis for modification or cancellation of judgments
Abstract
The article describes the legal nature of non-compliance penalty imposed by the court to the seriousness of a criminal offense and the person of the accused as the reason for the change or cancellation of judgments. In the result of the study was proposed a series of measures, aimed at reducing the number of successful appeals court on grounds of non-compliance penalty imposed by the court the seriousness of a criminal offense and the person accused.
