HISTORY AND PRESENT TIME OF PUBLIC REGULATOR POLICY OF UKRAINE

Abstract

The article investigates the development of state regulatory policy in Ukraine. Stages from inception to the present day. Describing it appropriate at each stage, the experience of implementation. Illuminated, that the state regulatory policy defines standards necessary procedures for the preparation and decision- making at all levels, contributes to the improvement of legal regulation of eco- nomic activity in the field of entrepreneurship.
