Genesis legal regulation of labor activity for law enforcement officers

Abstract

Historical pre-conditions of adjusting of labour activity of law enforcement authori- ties workers are analysed in the scientific article. Its analysis that testifies the necessity of realization of further work concerning regulation of labour activity of workers of law enforcement authorities of Ukraine is carried out.
