The concept of legal responsibility in the labor law of Ukraine

Abstract

The article analyzes the new approaches to defining the legal nature and content of legal responsibility in the modern labour law of Ukraine. Substantiates an integrated ap- proach to the understanding of this responsibility as a set of material, disciplinary, admin- istrative-legal and criminal-legal responsibility for violations in the sphere of labor rela- tions.
