The concept and content of the administrative and legal status Ministry of Justice in Ukraine

Abstract

This article is the notion and content of the administrative and legal status of the Ministry of Justice. This is a complex task administrative duties and rights in the execu- tive and administrative activities of administrative services and structural divisions of the Ministry and the grounds of administrative responsibility. The purpose of the administra- tive and legal status of the Ministry of Justice is justice collateral (security) rights, free- doms and lawful interests of individuals and legal entities.
