Abstract

The article analyzes the theoretical aspects of the definition of criminal procedural guarantees. Examines the legal essence of criminal procedural guarantees. On the basis of the relationship between the concepts of «legal guarantees», «guarantee law», «criminal procedural safeguards» identified by their system.
