Abstract

The article analyzes the views of scientists in understanding the concept of em- ployment. Studied legislative development and formulation of the above concepts are valid definition investigated concept. In the future, based on your knowledge highlights the main approaches to understanding the concept of employment, economic, social, psy- chological, political, legal and statistical, and highlights the main features of this notion by each approach. There are proper understanding of the concept of employment in differ- ent ways.
