Theoretical base of harmonization of legal frameworks of the economic use of natural resources

Abstract

The actual problems of harmonization of the legislation about the use of the natural resources in the economical sphere on the base of the special scientific approach to the improvement of the legal regulation of the management activity are considered. The main characteristics features are systematized according to the methods of harmonization of law values.
