Some questions of economic and legal responsibility in construction in the process of integration of domestic legislation to the EU legislation

Abstract

The article deals with problematic issues of responsibility in construction taking into account the integration process of domestic legislation into EU legislation, as well as the issues of the sectoral approach to the concept and features of liability in construction, disclosed features of responsibility. Some priority directions of further theoretical researches of problems of economic and legal responsibility in construction in the process of integration of the domestic legislation into the EU legislation are determined.
