Regarding the methods of state regulation of economic competition in the conditions of a market economy

Abstract

The article deals with the general approaches of scientists to understanding the essence and ways of state regulation of social relations. On the basis of the above theoretical material, methods of state regulation of economic competition in the conditions of a market economy are presented and investigated. The analysis of the provisions of the current legislation of Ukraine on the protection of economic competition discloses the content of each proposed method of state regulation. The method of resolution is proposed to be divided into a normative permit and a special administrative permit. Also, the author formulates own definitions of each method of state regulation of economic competition in a market economy.
