UKRAINIAN LEGISLATION AND THE NEEDS OF SOCIETY

In the article the problems of accordance of row of norms of the Ukrainian legislation to the necssities of Ukrainian society are considered, many forms and models of co-operation of public organizations with the state, that is certain legislatively and have the clear normatively-legal adjusting, are described.
Largely a critical situation in the legislation of Ukraine was folded because of bills not always are base on scientific analysis of socio-economic, legal, political pre-conditions of development of society.
It is needed to look ahead and clearly to present, that Agreement about an association Ukraine - ЄС contains positions that answer the tasks of public policy an incomplete measure at the internal market. In particular, Agreement denies possibility of realization of active protectionism politics Ukraine in relation to expansion of internal markets of home commodities and services.
Thus, a necessity and actuality of further development and improvement of procedures of national politics must be grounded by not only the select European vector of motion (although, undoubtedly, he determines for today) but also urgent necessities of Ukraine.
Setting forth clearly, what the real national interests of Ukraine are not only in a foreign but also in internal policy, it follows to think and about other facilities of their achievement. They can be different, depending on the sphere of adjusting, and also connection with other facilities, id est by the system.
Authors throw out and ground suggestion in relation to development of more effective norms of legislation of Ukraine, by comparison to foreign countries in some spheres (tax, family, international private law et cetera).
They consider also borrowing of such western countries as Germany, France, the USA experience is offered in the construction of civil society.
