PROBLEMAL ASPECTS OF PAYMENT OF REMUNERATION TO CORRUPTORS OF CORRUPTION IN UKRAINE

Abstract

The article analyses existing problems of the current legislation of Ukraine, which regulates the right of corruption denunciators to receive material remuneration, analyzes the international experience on this issue. In particular, the problem of payment of remuneration to anonymous denunciators of cor-ruption has been investigated and, taking into ac-count foreign experience, ways of its solution have been proposed. In addition, considerable attention is paid to the optimal minimum size of the subject of a corruption offense, which is the basis for awarding financial incentives to a denunciator. The article also presents arguments on limiting the amount of remu-neration in connection with the main socio-economic indicators of a state development, and a number of other problematic issues are considered.
