TECHNICAL AND LEGAL ERRORS IN LEGISLATIVE ACTS OF UKRAINE

Abstract

Theoretical and legal analysis of technical and legal errors in the normative legal acts of Ukraine is carried out in the article. Legal nature of technical and legal error is analyzed, that is determined by non-compliance with the requirements of law making tech-niques It is emphasized that technical and legal errors in lawmaking can negatively affect not only the quality of legal act, but also the legal regulation of public re-lations.
The concept of technical and legal errors is formulated, as well as their types are defined. Taking into account the examples of technical and legal er-rors in the article, the causes of such errors are estab-lished. The main means of error prevention are sin-gled out, taking into account the doctrinal provisions of scientists on prevention of technical and legal er-rors in the regulations of Ukraine.
Emphasis is laid on the fact that prevention and elimination of any legal errors is a prerequisite for perfection of regulations and one of the main tasks of both lawmakers and scientific community, civil society and the state as a whole.
