ON ESTABLISHING ENFORCEMENT AND PROTECTION MECHANISMS AGAINST MOBBING

The article analyses scientific thoughts in an interdisciplinary context in the field of definition of mobbing as a negative phenomenon. On the basis of a study of the current legislation of Ukraine, the absence of the concept of "mobbing" is established, at the same time, attention is focused on the positive changes in the regulation of the issue. Thus the author focuses on important national and international acts in this field, including the European Union Directive No 2000/78/EU of 27.10.2000 establishing equality of treatment in employment and occupation, the ILO Convention No. 190 concerning the elimination of vi-olence and harassment at the workplace and accom-panying the ILO Recommendation No. 206, which en-tered into force on June 25, 2021. The researcher also points out the timeliness and urgency of certain legis-lative initiatives, noting the legislator's understanding of the importance of preventing and counteracting mobbing, creating effective mechanisms to counter it.
