LEGAL ESSENCE OF DISCRIMINATION AND NON-DISCRIMINATION IN LABOR RELATIONS

Abstract

The article realized general theoretic analysis
of the legal essence of discrimination and
nondiscrimination in the labour sphere. The attention
was paid to the main types of discrimination
demonstration in labour legal relationship. The legal essence of nondiscrimination in the labour sphere and its principle demands have been formulated.
