LEGAL PECULIARITIES OF THE IMPLEMENTATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF E-GOVERNANCE AT THE LOCAL LEVEL

Abstract

The legal characterization of the
implementation of e-governance at the local level is
provided. The examples of the successful usage of
information and communication technologies at the
local level of public administration are given. The main legal problems of e-governance development at the present stage are described. Recommendations on legal regulation of e-governance at the local level are suggested.
