TYPES OF TRANSFER IN LABOR RELATIONS

Abstract

The transfer to another job should be
understood as any change in the labor function of the
employee (specialty, qualifications, seat), as well as
the change in other conditions of the employment
contract, stipulated by the agreement of the parties,
which were not caused by the general changes in the
organization of production and labor in the
enterprise and require the consent of the employee.
The main purpose of transfers is to optimize the
production process and the redistribution of
personnel potential. For employee transfers act as
facts that create, change or stop employee rights.
Improvement of the legal regulation of transfers in labor relations becomes especially relevant in the modern period. The purpose of the article is to examine the types of transfers in labor relations.
