SUBJECTIVE SIGNS OF A CRIME ORGANIZED BY AN ORGANIZED GROUP

Abstract

The article is devoted to the disclosure of subjective features of the crime committed by an organized group, carried out through the analysis of Part 3 of Art. 28 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (hereinafter - the Criminal Code of Ukraine). The approaches of scientists concerning determination of signs of the organized group are analyzed. The suggestions for further improvement of the relevant norm of the article are presented.
