STATE SERVICE AS A SPECIAL KIND OF LABOR ACTIVITY

Abstract

The article is devoted to the definition and research of the notion of public service as a special type of labor activity. The study carried out a theoretical analysis of the scientific literature and legislation on this issue, on the basis of which it was
proved that the public service is a kind of socially useful activity.
