ON DEFINITION OF THE ESSENCE OF THE CONCEPT OF MONITORING COMPLIANCE WITH LEGISLATION ON THE PROTECTION OF ECONOMIC COMPETITION

Abstract

The article analyzes the positions of scientists
regarding the understanding of the concept of control
in the sphere of economic activity, state control,
control over observance of legislation on the
protection of economic competition. Also studied are
provisions of legal acts on the allocation of the
essence and legal features of the concept under
study. On the basis of the study material, it is proposed to have a proper understanding of the concept of monitoring compliance with the legislation on the protection of economic competition, which is disclosed in two aspects: in a special and general. Subsequently, the main essential legal features of control over compliance with the legislation on the protection of economic competition are identified and its role is determined.
