MODERN ESSENCE AND CONTENT OF THE BASIS OF EQUALITY IN THE LABOR LAW OF UKRAINE

Abstract

The article is devoted to the determination of the modern essence and content of the principle of equality in labor law, taking into account the fact that in this area of law there is such concept as the economic power of the employer over the employee and the peculiariaties of subordination of the employee to the employer in the process of organization of work.
