UNDERSTANDING OF THE GUILT ACCORDING TO FINAL CONCEPT: SPECIFIC CONTENT AND ITS ASSESSMENT

Abstract

The article is deals with the specific content of the guilt by the final theory of criminal law. The subject of reproach (generic concept of guilt), its intellectual and volitional moments is studied. An evaluation of the final theory provisions about guilt is given.
