PLACE OF PUBLIC BODIES IN THE SYSTEM OF LEGAL ENTITIES

Abstract

The article defines the criteria for classifying certain government agencies as law enforcement agencies, the activities of all state bodies and public and legal structures are, to one extent or another, aimed at implementing law enforcement functions; noted the dominant role of law enforcement in the system of subjects of law enforcement.
