MONITORING BY BUSINESS ENTITIES IN PRODUCTION AND ECONOMIC RELATIONS

Abstract

The allegations about the feasibility to allocate
in the system of economic relations of such totality as
a production-economic relations with elements of the
mandatory non-state control. The analysis of the
basis for its implementation in the field of
construction activities, production of commercial
concession. The estimation of the state of
effectiveness of the controlling functions of the
general contractor concerning the activities of the
subcontractor and the rightholder regarding the
activity of the user is given, based on the author's
category the right to implement - functional ability.
The allocation of categories of production and
economic relations with elements of obligatory
control, which is carried out by one entity about the activities of another economic entity, allows to expand the understanding of the significant importance of non-state control in the sphere of management.
