CONCEPT AND PECULIARITIES OF LEGAL RELATIONS DEFINED IN THE FIELD OF ADMINISTRATIVE LIABILITY FOR LABOR INFRINGEMENT

Abstract

The article is devoted to the general theoretical
aspects of the notions of "social relations", "social
relations", "administrative-legal relations", the
nature of these categories and their correlation with
each other is studied. Particular attention is paid to
the institute of administrative responsibility, in
particular for offenses in the sphere of labor, labor
relations and employment of the population. Using
the achievements of theoretical science, taking into
account the specifics of legal regulation, formulated
the features of legal relations arising in the sphere of
administrative responsibility for offenses in the field of labor.
