LEGAL SECURITY INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION FUNCTION OF PUBLIC REGISTERS

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the
problem of relevance of the information and
communication function of public registers. The
advantages of electronic public registers in the
system of communication with controlling bodies are
determined. Prospects for the realization of
information and communication potential of
electronic public registers to combat abuse in the
field of management are substantiated. An analysis of
the regulatory and legal support for the
implementation of public registers for the
introduction of digital mechanisms for control in the
field of management. His condition is considered
unsatisfactory.
The essence and legal content of the category
"information and communication significance of public registers" in the aspect of prevention of abuse of control are revealed. The eradication of the erroneous approach to pressure on business due to the decriminalization of fictitious entrepreneurship was positively assessed. The results of the study of the peculiarities of banking control are presented. Proposals for the prevention of abuse of control in ensuring the functioning of public registers in banking and technology transfer are substantiated.
