THE APPLICATION OF PRINCIPLES OF LABOR SAFETY IN THE RESEARCH OF THE RELATIONSHIP OF PRIVATE AND PUBLIC INTERESTS IN THE LABOR SAFETY

Abstract

Exploring the relationship between private and public interests in the sphere of labour protection, it is impossible to ignore the question of the principles of this institution, as they provide an
opportunity to disclose the content of labor
protection, the development strategy of the law for
establishment of working conditions, highlight
features of labour protection of certain categories of
workers to overcome the gaps in the legislation on
labour protection. It should also be noted that this approach of research is extremely relevant and
necessary for the effective implementation and
consolidation of international principles and
standards in matters of labour protection the
legislation of Ukraine. What principles are the basis
and source of clarification of the conceptual
apparatus, careful assessment of the content of labor
protection, they determine the vector of development
of legislation in this area.
Integration of Ukraine into the world
community, expansion of economic ties, cooperation
between Ukrainian and European businesses,
immigration of labor put on the agenda the question
of introduction of international standards in labour
protection in the national labour legislation of
Ukraine.
To identify weaknesses, and to understand the
strengths of the modern state of legal regulation of
labor protection in Ukraine, it is necessary to carry
out its thorough theoretical investigation, which is
important for the doctrine of labour law in General
and of the Institute of labor protection, and
enforcement.
The article is devoted to clarifying the nature
of "principles of labor protection" as a basic element,
the holding classification and thorough analysis of the principles of the Institute and coverage of problematic issues that arise in establishing a safe and healthy working conditions, prevention of accidents at work and occupational diseases, and the like.
