INSTITUTIONAL DIRECTION AT EXAMINATION OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS

Abstract

The article analyzes the norms of regulation of the
process of examination of construction projects taking into
account modern socio-economic transformations in
Ukraine. The main directions of the institutional
development of the examination of construction projects are
investigated and their scientific and theoretical justification
is determined. The possibility of carrying out institutional
design at various stages of construction is being considered.
The influence of the institutional concept is considered, the
advantages of which are: the breadth of the field of scientific
decisions based on various methodological views; the ability
to compile various theoretical aspects of scientific
approaches; the potential for transferring institutional
design findings not only to individual construction
processes, but also to the construction industry as a whole.
Some shortcomings of the legislation have been
identified, in particular regarding the application of the
examination procedure for construction projects.
Highlighted, unsettled and unresolved issues regarding the
institutional approach in the field of construction.
The analysis of the institutional characteristics in the
construction sector reveals a wide range of problems that
are the starting point for assessing the process of economic
development of a society. Institutional problems cover
environmental, economic, legal, social, staffing issues.In the process of research, an attempt is made to prove the need
for an institutional approach in the examination of
construction projects. The manifestations of institutionalism
in the field of construction are revealed. The essence of the institutional approach as a methodology is revealed, when applying the procedure of conducting examination of construction projects, as well as its capabilities in the study of phenomena and processes occurring in the construction industry. Perspective changes in the case of an institutional approach to construction within our country and in countries where institutional changes have already taken place are analyzed.
