Abstract

The article defines the author's definition and
describes the specific concept of "difficult social
circumstances of the child". In the course of the
research, a social and legal link is established with the
factors that formulate the concept of "difficult social
circumstances of the child" in view of the dangers
affecting the child. The sources of danger that form the
classification of complex social circumstances are
considered.
The research also identified factors that are
relevant to social risks, socially disadvantaged
circumstances, which are related to:
- the status of the person;
- the lifestyle, family traditions and customs of
the child, their family members;
- the form and method of teaching the child;
- a form of leisure, etc.
These factors have been proven to derive from
personal non-property rights, are closely related to
their limitations, violations, and are grounds for
ensuring the protection and protection of the rights of
the child under a specific social risk classification
circumstance.
It has also been identified that sources of danger,
as components of social risks, can be both material
and non-material. Social sources of danger / social
risks can be roughly divided into:
1) caused by low spiritual and cultural levels:
vagrancy, prostitution, drunkenness, alcoholism, drug
addiction, substance abuse, crime, etc;
2) caused by low level of economic development
of the state, imperfection of labor and social
legislation, criminal negligence, uncontrolled and
irresponsible, not professionalism, corruption of
officials: unemployment, social insecurity of workers,
free use of hired labor, work ;
3) caused by propaganda of violence, influence on consciousness and subconsciousness by mass media and special technical means: internet games that lead to suicide, uncontrolled cases of aggression among teenagers;
4) caused by violations of norms of international law, encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of states: armed conflicts, terrorism, seizure of territories of the state, inter-ethnic conflicts, etc.
Keywords: social rights, classification, sources of danger, complex social circumstances, orphans, children deprived of parental care.
