KNOWLEDGE ABOUT DIGITAL ECONOMY - IN MODERN EDUCATION: METHOD IS VALUE

Concept of the development of the digital economy
and society of Ukraine for 2018-2020. Studies of
digitization of the economy and society of Ukraine in
science are represented by the monograph of
V.I. Lyashenko and O.S. Vishnevsky, a series of
articles by OM Vinnik, A.V. Strizhko, K.V. Efremova,
S.V. Glibko, M.N. Kuzmina, Y. Asadchev and others.
A critical analysis has been carried out on the selection in the educational process of a model for the reduction of professional disciplines and the benefits of math and science disciplines. It was proposed to optimize the method of introducing knowledge about the digital economy when teaching students in the specialty «Law» by the criterion of the priority development of legal thinking. An illustration is given of how the process of optimization can take place in the teaching of the disciplines «Tax Law», «Civil Law», «Information Law» and others.
