MASS RELEASE OF WORKERS IN THE TERMINATION OF LABOR RELATIONS IN THE EVENT OF CHANGES IN THE ORGANIZATION OF PRODUCTION AND LABOR
Abstract
The article discloses the notion of «mass employees’ lay-offs». The key significant features of this phenomenon have been stated. Attention is drawn to the main precautions for preventing the mass employees’ lay-offs or minimize its negative consequences.
